Asbestos Removal Operative. £17.00 an hour PAYE. Up to double hourly rate for overtime, company vehicle, etc. North-East. DKF are representing a well-known asbestos contractor looking for additional Experienced Asbestos Removal Operatives to join their growing team across the North-East. Their projects are predominantly licensed sites for social housing but there will also be the opportunity to work on commercial and education projects. Mainly working in North-East England but also other areas of the North of England. What your core responsibilities would be: ·        Building bespoke containment enclosures. ·        Safely removing and disposing of asbestos. ·        Completing all relevant documentation and checklist and submitting these when required. ·        Using a variety of specialist equipment. To be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria: ·        Must hold a valid driving licence. ·        Must have over a year’s recent experience in asbestos removal. ·        Must have all asbestos certificates currently in date and CSCS. ·        Good communication skills. ·        Clean shaven due to RPE worn. Legionella Risk Assessor. North West. Up to £38,000 per year (DOE) + company vehicle. DKF are on the lookout for a Legionella Risk Assessor to join one of our clients in the North West. Our client is a water & air treatment and management specialist with over 30 years’ experience delivering air and water quality services to clients throughout the whole of the UK. Their long list of clients includes well-known names in sectors such as retail, healthcare, banks, education, entertainment, sports as well as local and central government. Due to continued growth and new contract wins they are now wanting to add a Legionella Risk Assessor to their team operating across the North West.    What your core responsibilities would be: ·         Conduct legionella risk assessments on domestic water systems including commercial and domestic properties. ·         Liaise with clients to provide guidance on risk, compliance, and best practices on-site ·         Assist with water monitoring, tank cleaning, and TMV servicing as required. Passive Fire Protection Contracts Manager. South-East London. Up to £65,000 DOE + company vehicle.   DKF Recruitment are on excited to be representing an award-winning, national contracting group who are looking for an experienced Passive Fire Protection Contracts Manager to join their team. Due to continued growth and expansion, they are now looking to add a Passive Fire Protection Contracts Manager to their team to work on projects in London and the South East.
